A short video that deals with the common fears that plague most reoccurring dreams. This piece calls into question the fight to distinguish waking life, from sleeping life, and the fears which follow us into our sleep. This piece echoes on my own personal love/hate relationship with sleep; the need to rest but the fear of nightmares.
Erin Zerbe is a multimedia artist working in video, photography, performance, and new media. Her work specializes in human interactions and relationships with the body. Currently she is teaching at Virginia Commonwealth University in the Art Foundations and Kinetic Imaging Departments. In her free time, Erin works as a professional plus-size model and make up artist.
