Cut Paper Animation Assignment – Making Headlines. Completed in Stop Motion Animation, MICA 2010. For this assignment students had to pick a news story from the year and month of their birth to use as a springboard for their animation piece. Using cut paper, layers, and copy stands, the students were asked to create a small narrative that somehow related to the headline.
